There are no contracts and you don't have to switch phone companies to use 10-10-100. 10-10-100 will work on your Bell, Rogers, Telus or Videotron landline.

Yes, you may continue to use your long distance package in conjunction with 10-10-100's service if you have a Bell, Rogers, Telus or Videotron landline.

Our 10-10-100 service can only be used from a Bell, Rogers, Telus or Videotron landline. Unfortunately 10-10-100 does not work with other VoIP phone services including Telehop's home phone service.

Our 10-10-100 service is billable by the minute.

Presently, our 10-10-100 service is only available in Canada. 10-10-100 will work on a Bell, Rogers, Telus or Videotron landline in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario or Quebec.

You will not get charged if a call does not connect. We only charge for connected calls including voicemail and answering machines.

Yes, you can send a fax using 10-10-100 service. Simply follow the same steps as if you were making a call.
